1. Scope of Service & License

Riffmigo provides researched guitar signal chain information and translates amp/pedal settings for user-specified equipment.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal learning, practice, and jamming.

2. Physical Hardware Operation & Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All channel selections, EQ values, gain recommendations, and level settings provided by Riffmigo are guides to be dialed in manually by you on your physical equipment.

You are solely responsible for operating your instruments, amplifiers, and pedals in compliance with manufacturer safety specifications (including voltage, grounding, safe volume thresholds, and impedance matching). Riffmigo is not liable for speaker damage, hardware failure, or hearing loss resulting from physical equipment operation.

3. Trademarks & Nominative Fair Use

All artist names, band names, song titles, and manufacturer brand names (such as Fender, Gibson, Marshall, Boss, etc.) referenced in Riffmigo are trademarks of their respective owners.

Reference to them is strictly nominative fair use to identify original recording signal chains and facilitate equipment compatibility matching. Riffmigo is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these trademark holders.

4. Subscriptions & Credit Deductions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store and Google Play, subject to their respective store terms.

Fair Usage Policy: If an adaptation fails due to network disruption, service timeouts, or lack of verified public gear data, your adaptation credit will not be deducted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riffmigo is provided on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis without warranty of subjective tonal perfection. We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.
